1 can black beans
1 can red salsa (mild or medium)
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet WARM CHILI MIX
Rinse the black beans in a colander and then add to a medium pot. Add the entire can of salsa and turn the heat to medium low. Add the 2 tablespoons of WARM CHILI MIX and stir the ingredients until mixed well. Allow to cook for 5 minutes and then add the bag of cheese. Stir well and turn the heat down to low. Cook 10 minutes until all the cheese is melted and the dip is thick. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
