Buttery Mashed Potatoes

6 - 10 medium/small potatoes

3 TBSP Butter

1/2 cup milk

2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet BUTTERY AUTUMN MIX


Wash potatoes and poke with a fork in several places to prevent splitting as they cook. Put the clean potatoes in a large pot and fill with water so that all potatoes are completely submerged. Turn the cook top to high heat and heat until the water boils. After it boils, allow to cook an additional 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Use tongs to remove the potatoes and use a potato masher or a large fork to mash well (no need to peel!). Add the butter and milk and mix until the butter has melted and the potatoes are smooth. Add more milk if too thick. Finally, add the 2 tablespoons of BUTTERY AUTUMN MIX and mix well. Serve hot. Enjoy!
