Buttery Topping for Corn on the Cob

2 TBSP butter or oil

1 tsp Spice by Rachel Sweet BUTTERY AUTUMN MIX

2 ears of corn

For boiled corn on the cob, fill a large pot with water and turn heat to high. Shuck the corn and remove any remaining peels, hairs, or stem. When the water boils, add the corn cobs and continue boiling for 25 minutes. Use tongs to remove the corn and allow corn to cool for a few minutes on a plate until ready to eat.

While the corn cools, melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave, if using. Otherwise, add the oil to a small bowl. Sprinkle the teaspoon of BUTTERY AUTUMN MIX and still well. Pour over the cooked corn and serve. The topping recipe can be increased for more ears of corn, if desired.
