1 cup water
1/2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet CHAI SPICES MIX
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 handful baby spinach
2 TBSP almond or cashew butter (or use one single serve packet of nut butter)
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order they appear on the ingredients list. Blend until smooth and serve. Rinse the blender out immediately after use as it is much easier to clean before it dries.
