2 cups milk or half and half
1 TBSP sugar (optional)
1 bag Spice by Rachel Sweet MULLING SPICES MIX
Add all the ingredients to a pot. Use a spoon to immerse the spice bag so that it is soaked through. Turn the heat to medium high and keep an eye on the pot. Right before the milk or half and half is about to boil, shut off the heat. Put a cover on the pot and allow the spices to infuse for 30 minutes. Remove the bag and add as much spiced milk as desired to coffee or tea. Store the remainder in the fridge.
