Crockpot Chicken

1 pound chicken breasts or thighs

1 onion

1 bell pepper (green, red, orange, or yellow)

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet WARM CHILI MIX

Put the raw chicken into the crockpot. Pour in the can of tomatoes and sprinkle the 2 tablespoons WARM CHILI MIX over the chicken and tomatoes. Wash your onion and dice into quarters. Add the onion pieces to the chicken. Wash the pepper and cut into approximately 1 inch pieces. Add these to the crockpot and put the cover on. Set the crockpot to low heat for 6 hours.

Just before the time is done, you can cook rice or egg noodles to serve with the chicken if desired.
