1/2 gallon apple cider
1 bag (2 TBSP) Spice by Rachel Sweet MULLING SPICES MIX
Add the entire 1/2 gallon of apple cider to a pot and put the bag of MULLING SPICES MIX. Use a spoon to immerse the bag so it is well soaked. Turn the heat to medium and heat until bubbles start to form. Turn the heat down to the lowest setting once you see a ring of bubbles around the side of the pot. Cook on the lowest heat setting for 30 minutes. Remove the bag and ladle into mugs for hot mulled cider or allow to cool and mix with rum for a spiked version!
