Pork Chops

2 boneless pork chops

2 TBSP oil (olive or vegetable)

2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet WARM CHILI MIX

Put the raw pork chops onto a plate. Sprinkle half the WARM CHILI MIX onto the chops and gently rub the mix in. Flip and do the same on the other side. Put the oil into a pan and heat to medium. Put the pork chops into the pan and cook until brown on both sides, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
