Roasted Asparagus (Two Ways)

1 bunch of asparagus

2 TBSP olive or vegetable oil

1 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet MASALA MIX or WALNUT DELIGHT MIX


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Wash the asparagus and cut about 1/2 to 1 inch off the bottoms. Cut the asparagus in half and add to a glass baking dish or cookie sheet. Add the oil and use your hands to mix. Then add the tablespoon of either WALNUT DELIGHT MIX or MASALA MIX and use your hands to mix until the asparagus is coated fairly evenly. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
