Savory Scrambled Eggs

1 TBSP butter or oil for cooking (olive, coconut, or vegetable)

4 eggs

1 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet ONION SOUP MIX


Crack all 4 eggs into a bowl and use a whisk or a fork to scramble. Add the tablespoon of ONION SOUP MIX and mix well. Add the butter or oil to a small pan and turn to medium heat. When the pan is coated in melted butter or oil, add the eggs. Use a wooden, silicone, or plastic spatula to gently and continually scrape the eggs from the sides into the middle of the pan as they cook. Turn off the heat when the eggs have reached their desired doneness. Enjoy!
