1/3 cup rolled oats
3 TBSP butter
1 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet CHAI SPICES
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Wash the peaches and line a baking dish or cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each peach by inserting a knife until you hit the pit. Rotate the peach around until the cut is all the way around. Twist off the halves from the pit. Discard the pit. Arrange the peach halves with the cut side facing up in the baking dish.
Melt the butter in the microwave in a small bowl. Add the oats and the tablespoon of CHAI SPICES and stir to mix well. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peaches. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Serve warm, topped with ice cream or slice and serve over oatmeal or pancakes.
