Spiced Tortilla Chips

8 corn tortillas

2 limes

1 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet WARM CHILI MIX or SLIGHTLY SPICY CAJUN MIX

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. While the oven is preheating, lay the tortillas on a cutting board one at a time and cut into quarters using a knife or a pizza cutter. Set the tortilla quarters aside and cut both limes in half. Squeeze the limes into a shallow bowl and set aside. Sprinkle a little bit of the spice mix of your choosing onto a plate. Start with sprinkling just a little bit so that you don't get too much on each chip. A little bit of spice goes a long way!

Dunk both sides of each tortilla quarter in the lime juice and then press onto the spice mix to coat on one side. Add more spice mix to the plate as you use it up. Then place the spiced tortilla onto a cookie sheet. Repeat until the cookie sheet is full but none of the tortillas are touching. Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm with sour cream for dipping.

Enjoy!
