Stir Fried Greens

3 TBSP coconut oil

1 bunch (1 pound) dark leafy greens - try mustard, dandelion, kale, collards, or spinach

1 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet MASALA MIX



Wash the greens and remove the leaves from the main thick stem. Tear into large pieces and set aside. Add the coconut oil to a large pan or a pot and heat to medium heat. When the coconut oil has completely melted, add the greens and cook for 5 minutes.


Add the tablespoon of MASALA MIX and stir well. Cook an additional minute and then shut off the heat. Serve as a side to meat or grains.
