Stuffed Papaya

1 large papaya

1 pound ground beef or turkey

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet WARM CHILI MIX

Peel the papaya using a regular vegetable peeler and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds using a spoon and discard. Put the papaya halves into a baking dish or on a cookie sheet and set aside for now.

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

Wash and dice the onion and mince the garlic. Put the ground beef or turkey into a large pan and heat to medium. As the meat begins to brown, add the onion, garlic and the tablespoon of WARM CHILI MIX. Cook until the meat is no longer pink. Spoon the cooked meat mixture into the papaya halves and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
