2 to 3 medium sized summer squash and/or zucchini
1 TBSP oil (olive or vegetable)
1 clove garlic
2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet ONION SOUP MIX
Wash and chop the squash into bite-size pieces and set aside. Add the oil to a pan on the stove top and turn the heat to medium. Mince the garlic clove and add to the hot oil. Add the squash immediately after adding the garlic. Sprinkle the 2 TBSP ONION SOUP MIX over the veggies and stir to mix. Allow to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
