1 or 2 ahi tuna steaks
2 TBSP oil (olive, vegetable, or coconut)
1 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet COCONUT CURRY MIX
Season both sides of the tuna with the COCONUT CURRY MIX and gently rub it into the fish. Add the olive oil to a frying pan and heat to medium high. Allow the oil to heat up for 1 minute and then place the steaks into the hot oil. Cook 1 and a half minutes on each side for rare, 3 minutes on each side for well done. Remove from the pan immediately to prevent overcooking and serve with a rice or a side of vegetables.
