Walnut Encrusted Fish

1 pound white fish (haddock, cod, flounder, tilapia)

1 TBSP oil (olive or vegetable)

2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet WALNUT DELIGHT MIX

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lay the fish in a baking dish or cookie sheet. Line with parchment paper for easy cleanup, if desired. Sprinkle the WALNUT DELIGHT MIX over the fillets and then top with a drizzle of oil over each. Bake for 25 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot. Enjoy!
