Walnut Roasted Winter Veggies

2 to 3 cups of veggies such as Brussels sprouts, onion, potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, or asparagus

1 TBSP oil (olive or vegetable)

2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet WALNUT DELIGHT MIX


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and chop your veggies and put them in a large bowl. Add the oil and stir to mix until the veggies are coated. Add the WALNUT DELIGHT MIX and stir to mix. Pour out the contents of the bowl onto a baking dish or parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
