Warm Autumn Spiced Roast

1 to 3 pound roast

1 bag (2 TBSP) Spice by Rachel Sweet MULLING SPICES

Any combination of vegetables (onion, carrot, potato, turnip, celery)

1 cup broth or water

Add the broth or water to a crock pot. Put the meat into the liquid. Add the MULLING SPICES bag and press into the liquid to soak through the bag.

Wash and chop the desired vegetables and add these over the top of the meat. Put the cover on the crock pot and set to LOW heat for 8 hours.
