White Fish and Fennel

1 pound white fish (cod, haddock, flounder, tilapia)

1 TBSP olive oil

1 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet SWEET FENNEL MIX

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the fish onto a baking dish lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Drizzle the oil over the fish and then sprinkle with the tablespoon of SWEET FENNEL MIX. Put the dish into the preheated oven for 15-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish. Check it using a fork to see if it flakes easily. If it does, then it is done, if not then put it back in the oven for a few more minutes. Generally the thinner fish like tilapia and flounder cook faster than the thicker cuts of haddock and cod.
