Baked Ham

1 (10 pound) fully-cooked spiral cut ham

1/2 cup or 1 (10 ounce) jar apricot jam

1 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet CHAI SPICES

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.

Line a baking dish with foil and place the ham cut side down onto the foil. In a small bowl, mix the CHAI SPICES into the apricot jam. Use a spoon to spread the spiced jam over the ham. Wrap the top of the ham in foil and bake for 2 hours (or 15 minutes per pound). Slice and serve hot.
