2 salmon steaks
1 TBSP oil (olive or vegetable)
2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet WALNUT DELIGHT MIX
Preheat the grill and take the salmon out of the fridge when you start preheating the grill. Coat both sides of the salmon with half the WALNUT DELIGHT MIX. After the grill has heated up, brush the cooking surface with the oil. Place the salmon on the grill and cook until seared on the bottom. Flip and cook until seared on the other side. Serve hot.
