Kale Chips

1 TBSP oil (olive or vegetable)

1 bunch kale

2 TBSP Spice by Rachel Sweet BUTTERY AUTUMN MIX



Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Wash the kale and tear large pieces off from the main stem and put them into a large bowl. Discard the stems. Add the oil to the bowl and stir until the kale is well coated. Add the 2 tablespoons of BUTTERY AUTUMN MIX to the bowl and stir well to mix. Dump the kale out onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.


Bake for 15 minutes until nice and crispy. Enjoy as-is or use to top salads or soups for extra crunch.
