1 TBSP butter
1 tsp Spice by Rachel Sweet PUMPKIN SPICE MIX
Seeds from a squash (pumpkin, acorn, butternut, delicata, spaghetti)
Rinse the seeds in a colander but don't worry too much if you can't get all the strings off the seeds. They will just cook off. Set these aside.
Add the butter and the PUMPKIN SPICE MIX to a small pan and heat to medium. Stir the spices into the butter as it melts. As soon as the butter is completely melted, add the seeds and allow to cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Eat alone as a snack or top a salad or bisque for added crunch.
